excellent location! excellent breakfast with a good variety of fresh and delicious desserts. very prepared staff!

good even if higher prices than usual. But the bathroom please! no toilet paper and soap, a woman who needs to go to the bathroom as she dries and washes?

Lovely restaurant, excellent food, and polite and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. Can't praise the staff highly enough, they were delightful.

There are bars, there are pastries, then there is ars café and bistro that brings everything on another level. a coffee and sweet to ars café is our favorite excuse to take a walk in a pisa.

This is a lovely little restaurant, run by three siblings, Roberta, Luca and big brother! Each of them was very helpful and super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food is simple, clean, delicious and well priced. It was a nice change from all the touristy traps, and we would definitely return when back in Pisa. Thank you also, for your guide on Naples.

We have been visiting Pisa for the last ten years, touring the beautiful Tuscany. On our first visit, we stumbled across Cafe Matisse which, six years later, became Ars Cafe. What a gem!! Domenico and Luca are a class act. The food is wonderful, the wine is delicious and the welcome is second to none. For us, it is the best cafe in Pisa, if not in Tuscany. Nothing is too much trouble and each year it gets better. We would not hesitate to recommend it- it is perfection.

by now when I enter a restaurant the restaurants tremble regardless. boring, untransigent. But here I have nothing to say. coffee is good, served correctly with its teaspoon. breakfasts range from sweet to savoury and everything is impeccable. clean, spacious, bright and centrally located. the colors of the room, white and marroncino, are perfectly matched. I think it's the first bar that I trust five stars without doubt and, without doubt, I recommend it to anyone who is pissed. the boys are all nice, kind, helpful and are always at the joke. All I can do is promote not only the local, but also the organic.
