a beautiful hotel just outside the lawn center (to get there just a bus and in fifteen minutes you are there in a perfect area for lovers of contemporary art. nice rooms, great service and friendly staff. price enviable!

only neo the inevitability of air conditioning in the rooms. being the room I occupied on the upper floor, the heat inside the room was not pleasant and the opening of the windows was not recommended by the presence of mosquitoes.

Il locale è molto bello e raffinato, ottimo l'antipasto e la pinsa. Servizio molto veloce. I prezzi sono un po' alti, soprattutto il coperto 4€ a persona mi è sembrato esagerato! Il nostro cane è stato ben accolto e questo ci ha reso felici.

L’esperienza ad Operà merita di essere vissuta a pieno. Sapori equilibrati tra di loro e presentazione ottima! Il servizio è stato a dir poco perfetto e il personale super disponibile. Ampia scelta di vini abbinata a carne o pesce di qualità. Consigliatissimo!

very kind staff! delicious and plentiful breakfast! excellent cleaning! perfect location to reach other cities: firenze, siena, san gimignano and the villages of the chianti. to reach firenze recommend to park at villa constancy, from there part the tram that in 20 minutes leads to santa maria novella.

Ristorante più che ottimo. Eravamo 8 persone, il caposala ci ha accolto ed accompagnato al tavolo in saletta. Hanno portato un prosecco come aperitivo. Il caposala ci ha aiutato nella scelta del menù spiegando la preparazione di alcuni piatti, preparatissimo e professionale. Antipasto di pesce per tutti composto da tre portate super buone. Io ho preso un primo al cinghiale ottimo, gli altri tutto pesce. Frittura ottima e non unta, tonno superlativo. Dolci fantastici. Bello il locale, servizio ottimo e cibo buonissimo, da provare assolutamente.

Very good location (we were traveling by car) very helpful staff but the hotel needs renovation big time! We were given a room with malfunctioning Fan/AC which was making a lot of noise. We had to change the room in the night since they were not able to solve the problem. Next morning we had to change the room again since the room we were shifted to was from the higher category they can 't let us stay bcz of the price! The bathroom of the room or 'Suite ' had clogging problems with no water drainage in shower. All in all we had seen 3 rooms of the hotel in 24hrs of arrival.
