Beautiful ancient structure crossed by a wonderful stream of water that reaches the restaurant with a mini waterfall, a classic Tuscan farmhouse with a breathtaking view of Prato, located near the archbishop's seat. Typical Tuscan appetizer with classic finocchiona salami, and two wonderful pieces of toasted polenta with porcini mushrooms on one and Tuscan liver pâté on the other. The Fiorentina cooked to perfection with a heavenly tenderness and flavour. Excellent and fast service, the price of everything very good. Congratulations I will definitely be back.
