"Went there with my friend just few days ago, the dinner was awesome. We enjoyed it very much. The design of the restaurant is super beautiful, modern yet authentic. It was really really great atmosphere. The servers are super friendly and helpful. We did not know what to choose and they recommended us the Peking Duck set. So it was 42 CHF per person then you will get three course menu consists of Peking Duck. First, it comes with the whole duck out from the oven, look super yummy and then the server will cut it only for the crispy skin in front of you. After that, he came again with the special sweet sauce, salaries and cucumber - with the pancake kind of dumpling pancake (I really don't know how to call it in English). Then the server will roll it for you and it was super delicious. I think you will get like 10-12 pancakes all together. Then the second course will be rice with fried duck with vegetable, which is again, super delicious. We really enjoy it. And it comes with such huge portion for two little girls, so we did not finish it all - i guess a bit over a half. Then the last course was duck soup which help you relax after eating. We really really enjoy itI think they served as well the welcome dumpling with spicy sauce before you have your own menu. It was nice, but I think it might be a little too spicy for European customers.Really, you should try the Peking duck. It was really really great meal and great value for a nice dinner. Recommend!"

Espaço bastante agradável, tanto interior como exteriormente. Serviço algo frio, ou seja, a boa maneira suíço-alemã...

"This is my fav Italian joint in Zurich. La Famiglia Tremonte is a small, family run cafe-restaurant that serves excellent and authentic Italian food at prices that are low compared to the norm in Zurich.Famiglia Tremonte is rather inconspicuously located at the corner of Zurlindenstrasse and Birmensdorferstrasse, a couple of doors away from The Desperado Mexican Restaurant. You might need to look for it a little: I lived practically next door and did not notice it for almost a year, and even then a friend had to point it out to me.The restaurant is mostly a takeout with very little seating, i.e. 7 people inside, and when the weather is goo, about 5 people outside. The ambience is basic but, like most things in Switzerland, the interiors are very clean. Staff and service are very goo. The food here is awesome! Authentic Italian fare that is probably heavily influenced by Sicilian tradition since that is where the family is from. I used to visit almost every day because the food tastes great and the prices are so low for Zurich. I have tried almost everything: several pasta dishes, polpettine, stuffed bell peppers, meatloaf, piadina, and of course, the fabulously tasty and hot chilli infused EVOO. I enjoyed every dish I ordered. Great stuff! I strongly recommend the super-hot chilli infused EVOO as a seasoning for almost all dishes, but especially the pasta dishes that come in a cream sauce. Please be careful with chilli EVOO: 0.5 tbsp. for noobs, and a max. of 2 tbsp. for those who like it hot. The chilli EVOO, when used appropriately, adds great flavour to your dish. The piadina is the best I have eaten - period. I have been all over the world, spent a lot of time in Italy and New York (: great place for Italian food lovers :), and I still think this is the best piadina ever. They also serve some nice Italian desserts -- I've tried a few but have forgotten the names. They also have a small selection of Italian ingredients for sale. I bought the pesto and was happy with it. You also get a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Italian drinks to go with the food.Prices are relatively low by Zurich standards: I rarely ever ate for more than CHF 15, and if I skipped the drinks it was usually around CHF 10. Of course, this varies a bit according to what you order.Highly recommended. Glad I found this place. Great for office workers in the vicinity."
