"the last day in the exile on the weser should not be without good lunch. from the restaurant „Derby“ in the atlantic hotel on the galopprennbahn we had only heard well. especially the cheap lunch was recommended to us. a short look at the literal app by guide michelin and we swung on the bikes in direction ludwig roselius allee, which runs between the two rough parts of town new vahr and sebaldsbrück. the hotel restaurant is located in the first etat. from the lobby leads a staircase directly to the “Derby”, where we were kindly received by the service manager and led to our reserved table. we could have booked this because it wasn't much going on Wednesday afternoon. only later the front region of the filled feed space. a whole scar of the golfer went after work on the ranch to collective saturation ritual. a few isolated businessmen then arranged in a mind. next to this a handful master in the more set old, who seem to be part of the daily lunch here as the panoramic view of the apart. but we could not enjoy the rich green long. the perfiden windows were reservers from the side. note: next time in advance, you will secure a table directly in front of the glass front! I have the comfortable padded, white, leather-coated gastro chair. this ensures a comfortable seating. my guide also sat very well maintained on a comfortable bank that provided a small limit thanks to its chest-high back wall made of light wood. as a hotel kitchen, they also have to carry the breakfast requirement in space, which is why they have placed the büfett area centrally in the dining room. the large dining room seemed a little more “usual” than the one on the first look thanks to the spatial elements. but only the completely wood-friendly sitting niches with the u-shaped, white padded landscape and the deep-hanging designer spots seemed really cozy. certainly a great place for a romantic dinner with the loved ones. back to the culinary on galopp on the afternoon. five different dishes had sent the team to koch francesco cannistra today to the “sprint race”. twice meat, twice fish (which is what belongs in cream) and once without. with preisen just under 11 euro or around the 8 euro (veggie court) the pekuniär held in the frame. clear, with the proud 6,90 euro for the 0,75 l bottle of mineral water the brand “Magnus Classic” was at least partially subsidised the cheap lunch. Of course, we could have chosen from the rich diner card, with rumpsteak, filled maspoularde, back from the iberico black and grilled kalbs, and above all the taste of meatfans. a couple of appetizers, twice suppe, four sorts pasta, a veggie duo and three fish plate complete the carefully selected selection, which kept something parat for each taste. but our decision has long been fixed. on the printed paper sets on the table stood so delicious lunch dishes, so we left the standard card. my guide chose the maispoularde with sambaler oeleksauce, fried vegetables and parmesanpolenta (10,80 euro,) while the zanderfilet with carrotse-fashioned and butter rice (also 10,80 euro) was promising to me. my extra desire to exchange the unloved capern sauce for the reddishly enriched schnipersauce was liked. the beginning made a few slices olive baguette with butter and a bowl dill orange. everything fits into the wooden box that was provided in front of us in the middle of the table. when I rarely drink alcohol to lunch, I left it with water and practiced in wine. barely the last piece of white brot was “painted”, our two main courses were served. my zanderfilet came perfectly on the skin fried and tasty flavored from the pan. the savory sauce had enough taste to balance the neutral butter rice. escorted by gently boiled carrot back vegetables, this was a very harmonious dish that sat the zander well in scene as a leading actor. I tasted my “sprint race” very excellent and I was happy about the ordinary size of the part. after the sound cooking craft also looked, the teller of my guide. on the crispy maispoularden bein leaned a fluffy parmesanpolenta quader. among them, a lot of colorful vegetables made vegetabile contrast. the sharpness of the sambalen Oelek sauce kept in limits. however, it was very well suited for the crisp greenware and at the same time expanded the aromatic spectrum of the dips. Just like the fish plate, the material quantity was well dimensioned, which our dessert explains. in the sum this was a very pleasant lunch I can only recommend. the slightly overlaid beverage prices keep themselves with the impressive plv while eating so as to the example of the skala. the lookout for a “Suntags Derby”, where a weekly changing 3 gear menu for 21.50 euro is created, would definitely have fallen sport reporter and horse reporter addi furler getat, he was saved. as he had the best view of his “Galopper of the Year” from the terrace."

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated. I like to give four stars. as it belongs to a bar, there is a plentiful drink offer. two beer jever and radeberger are tapped and can be nailed for 0.2 l with proud 2.10 €. a bottle water 0.75 l comes to 5,90 € and the 11 open weine are in the band width from 4,90 € to 8,00 €.
