"Just thought that I would treat myself to fish chips and mushy peas. I got there on Saturday for 2pm. I waited for about 7 minutes. I took the food home which took about 3 minutes I only live a couple of roads away. I was desperately disappointed, I believe that I was given reheated food. The only thing that was okay was the mushy peas. Won't be going back, ever again. I will also let others know about my experience. I have used this place for over 20years. Shame."

Staff were hard working but the chips seemed old and dry. I had the chicken which was really dry. Pretty disappointed

May not be on the main beach front, but this hidden fish and chip shop is worth the walk. Top food, friendly staff. It's worth the few minutes to walk, AND no seagulls to attack you and steal your food!!!!

The last couple times I’ve got a battered sausage from here, they have been well over cooked , burnt brown crispy , instead of golden fluffy batter the chips look undercooked and anaemic . Won’t be going here any more.

After our disappointment at never being able to get a meal through Just Eat the mountain went to Mohammed and we went into town for a fish and chip supper at the Atlantic. We've always loved he food here and they didn't disappoint. I had haddock and chips with mushy peas and my partner had the scampi with onion rings and everything was cooked perfectly. 10/10
