"Last night, my colleague and I went to dinner in this restaurant. My colleague is intolerant to gluten, and I'm a vegetarian. We were very welcome. three young women deeply pleasant and helpful in simplicity. For a long time we will remember the bright smile of josephine. They listened to our demands. We offered a dessert adapted to my colleague's lilies to eat only fruit salads in the restaurants she frequents. yesterday, she was able to enjoy a freshly revisited panna cotta for her, dotted with a chocolate coulis. daily in this restaurant, a meat dish and a vegetarian dish are available. For me, the eggplant gratin was a pleasure. the originality was in the board that served as a plate, or were presented and the entrance, and the dish, and the accompanying salad. I didn't have lunch. I wasn't particularly hungry at dinner. However, I must admit that after a delicate meal made of a chick pea, an improved carrot salad, a brown bread and eggplant, I felt respected, well fed. a package with pickmix fresh vegetables and a tasting plate with salat, grilled aubergine (with mozzarella, but I'm sure they can leave it) and gazpacho was exactly what we needed after a hot day! the personal is friendly and authentic.

in this summer for lunch with my fiancée. really cozy place to have a fresh healthy lunch! instead of a menu, they get a card on which they mark the ingredients they want in their salad. very easy to get a delicious vegan meal! but they also offer cheese, meat and fish if they are at the company that prefers that. as a vegan dessert they have an obstsalat.

To eat vegetalian, it's possible but there's only one choice. I ate a salad with 5 ingredients (in addition to salad. no vegan dessert, except maybe a sorbet, I didn't ask. the service is fast but it lacks to take a little more time for customers, it is too expedient (explanations on dishes, drinks, etc.). I would have wanted to take a wine but I didn't even have time to ask, the waitress was already gone elsewhere.

"Saturday evening 10/28, dinner at the gourmet restaurant Les Sources de Fontbelle for the 2nd time (5 guests). The first time we were really enchanted by the setting, the service, the aperitif on the terrace and the chef 's proposal. On the other hand, this 2nd experience is very far from what I hoped to be able to experience again. Already from the aperitif we started on a bad basis with a little discriminatory side. This is the only restaurant that punishes you for appetizers because you do not have an aperitif (glass of champagne or cocktails) confirmed by the waiter. All the tables had different appetizers but not our table due to the simple fact that we had a bottle of white wine to start. I learned that you had to like champagne or cocktails to deserve the same service as on the other tables, which is unfortunately not the case for me and my guests followed me, sad for them (I should add which we also had a bottle of red wine afterwards). I find this lamentable for a gourmet restaurant, one Michelin star and for the 8-course menu at €130. For dinner, I was not transported compared to the first time. But this does not deserve criticism because tastes and colors are unique to each person: combination of trout and geranium, lobster and grapefruit (average for me) and cabbage (favorite). For dinner I just regretted that for the pigeon we didn 't ask for cooking and that we didn 't specify that it was very, very spicy. In conclusion, the experience inoculated me for a moment."
