Auberge de Cassagne

Venus fêter les 80 ans de nos parents en famille (30 personnes), nous avons passé un excellent moment.Le service et la cuisine ne souffrent aucune critique.Merci l'auberge de Cassagne !

we ate here twice during our three-night stay in the hotel. the food was excellent! there is a very extensive wine list. both of us sat outside in the courtyard it area, it is a nice place to spend the evening.

The staff is very friendly. The garden incredible, with pine trees, pink laurels, fig trees and much more. The place in the restaurant, is very romantic. The food delicious, well representing very fine french cuisine

L'auberge de Cassagne si pone come una perla in un territorio il cui livello gastronomico è già mediamente alto. Ogni particolare è curato all'eccesso, ma tale spirito rende tutto quasi prevedibile secondo uno schema programmato e indirizza il palato verso sensazioni ordinariamente eccelse. Nous sommes allés dîner a l'auberge pour une soirée romantique et nous avons été époustouflé.L'accueil fut agréable, et malgré le vent nous avons pris l'apéritif sur la terrasse,Le personnel eSt soigné, attentionné mais sais parfaitement s'effacer.Le repas, menu découverte trois repas, fut délicieux.Rien a redire, un dîner excellent jusqu'au café! Et pour parfaire le tout, le sommelier dispose d'une belle carte des vins, qui ravira tous les goûts.

c est en remontant du sud que nous avons fait une halte délicieuse dans ce très bel établissement .la gastronomie est à la hauteur du lieu , fine et délicate .un moment à l ombre des parasols avec le son de la fontaine.un tout petit point en moins ... la musique d ambiance ... juste la fontaine aurait suffit ! le Jazz "fusion" n étant pas du tout notre tasse de thé ! mais cela reste vraiment un détail ! car sur tout les autres points nous disons OUI !

the restaurant is located in a beautiful courtyard garden. the host is very friendly. the service seemed a little off, however, because of the garden where a beetle was hanging in my glass when the waiter water poured in. this restaurant is a little silly. the sections are much too small as if you have a point that it is too precious and it is worn to an extreme. for say 36 euro is a total escape of two zucchini flowers (zero... calves filled with literally one tablespoon ratatouille (eggplant and rice) and the included protein if you can call three quarters of an une of overlaid baby-squid-finger protein, is the entire rest of the plate. yes, the aubergine is amazing, and would be a great court in itself if you got about 20 times the amount. the evening dinner will be back 90 to 125 euro per person.
