"This is a real delight. So different to most restaurants in this area. It's traditional, rural and entertaining. Let me be clear: this is not cordon bleu but original and rustic. A 20 -30 seater restaurant, a small menu but so refreshing. While the main course is gently turning on a spit in front of a huge fireplace, you get to choose from a starter, then another, before the main course arrives from the fireplace. Wine is selected from their own stock at lower prices than you could imagine. The waitress was delightful and the puddings and coffee were spot on.Here's the catch: only open on a Saturday night, Sunday Lunch and Bank Holidays. The exception being if you are a large party you could make a private arrangement.Menu changes seasonally. We chose Quail, Escargot, Mutton / Duckling, followed by home made pears in red wine and profiteroles, a red and a white from the estate (both great) €106 for three. Brilliant."

the field of creyssels is the place where it does not chew and where the authenticity of the terroir is enjoyed both in the plates and through the perfume of the wine crops. a kitchen and a domain between vineyards and a pond of tuau, where you can enjoy both rust and ducks at the brooch. an excellent address to be away from the noise of the seaside resorts with friends, or with family.

with friends, we discovered this inn in the middle of the Languedoc vineyard. At the arrival, allevious effluves, and the owners who invite us to discover the meal of the noon that cooked at the pin in the large chimney, pheasant, wild boar, pork long....Menu of good quality and wine of the house very gouleying, at an unbeatable price! detour to recommend and above all, don't forget to book. We'll go back.

"evening meals for two people, weekdays on July.A pleasant terrace, well spaced tables covid forces, protected from the street view, pleasant atmosphere. full terrace, all tables garnished. Service a little slow (only two waitress) but we are not in a hurry. order of two gourmet menus to euros. Two entrances: sea tartar, correct. Shell plate: big disappointment. Eight famelics, some mussels that would have deserved to stay a few more weeks at sea history of getting a bit bigger than a piece of two euros) tiny sea snails and some acceptable shrimps. Being a relative of a producer of oysters and mussels of mussels, I can say that this tray of shells does not give a proud image of the shells produced in the pond, with its eight well full and its fleshy mussels. And I know what I'm talking about. following, as a main dish, two cooked low temperature magrets, honey and there too, one cannot say that the chef was very generous on the magret. small pieces, hidden under the garnish and sauce, no what to do with meat indigestion. I couldn't help but notice it to the waitress. I suppose with a medium magret, the chief must shoot or portions? the rest of the meal without interest. Cheese and dessert (red of desserts ? verrine pineapple pieces, small pieces of crumble, smaller sweets. To summarize, again a little disappointed with the meal. I've come episodicly to this restaurant for years, with family or friends, and I've seen a certain degradation of the menus as well as in quantity for some time. serving tiny portions in large plates does not make a gastronomic restaurant. damage for an included Euro service. I think I'm gonna scratch him out of my list of meze restaurants."
