"We visited here on recommendation from trip advisor community and to be honest, we were really disappointed. We arrived to celebrate my husbands birthday with two children aged 9 and 6. We were shown to our table and then waited for half an hour before a waiter came to take a drinks order, then waited another ten minutes before we were even offered the menus and served our drinks. I was very close to leaving at this point. I asked the waiter if the children could be offered something lighter and was told a sharp no. We then mentioned I was intolerant to wheat and was then not offered any alternatives or advice on what we could eat and what we couldn't. After ordering our food, fifty minutes after sitting at our table, bread was served and I assumed mine was gluten free, it wasn't and it made me ill. I am truly allergic to this and had to sit trying to guess what was in my food on each course and having to deal with my allergic reactions. Desert came and again, I told the waiter I couldn't eat it as it contained wheat and was offered an ice cream. Now we spent a fortune here on their menus and there was no way of accommodating the children or my allergies with any alternative. We also were served coconut crayfish. Mine hadn't been deveined along the back and was mush inside, almost raw to eat. I was very disappointed and shocked that an establishment with such a rating can be so slow in serving, ignore severe allergies and serve food that hasn't been prepared properly. I would be concerned if I had a peanut allergy as the waiter we had just didn't worry about the damage serving me gluten in my food did to me. If you cannot serve fresh bread rolls then at least keep a spare small loaf in the store for those who need it! Will we go again? Sadly no, not unless a lot changes!"

"Stopped there for lunch. We had a table on the terrace. Personnel very friendly without being pushy. Children and toddlers very welcome with a variety of games to keep them busy. We had a set menu including starter, main meal, dessert and coffee for 14 euros per person. The dishes were very well presented and exquisitely prepared. We enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommended."

"We were welcomed to 5 people despite our late phone call, just before the service. The staff managed to find us a table of 4 where we are a little tight. It literally saved us because on this Wednesday of October we found closed doors in many establishments. We ate well. Desert day formula for 2 of us. Homemade. Galettes for 2 others: very well cooked and really good and we know each other in cakes. An elevated ox rib in Guerlédan itself. Very good meat Quick and efficient service. Careful and efficient staff. Very correct price. I recommend."

"Merci pour la gentillesse du patron , organisation et balade magnifique sur le lac!! Je recommande fortement !! Nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes , avons pu faire une très belle sortie sur le lac et y prendre l apéro avec l option valise apéro !! Un enchantement assuré !! "Passed 1 week in half board. I was very well received by the mistress of the place. The dishes offered to me were simple but well cooked and made with fresh products. (For example, mustard rabbit, stuffed calf, couscous.. All at reasonable prices. The guest room was correct and especially quiet. The decor was not for my taste but as they say: The tastes and colors.... I forgot,...the jams of breakfast was made home and my taste buds still remember a very good jam of green tomatoes as my mom used to. Yes, yes!"
