"We needed to eat having travelled all day and my friend suggested this Auberge for the quality of the food. We made a booking on route and explained we might need to be flexible on timing depending on the journey time. The restaurant was super...no problem with timing. In the event we were late but his wasn't a problem they were more than happy to be flexible. We were late but the chef was happy to accommodate us and we enjoyed a lovely 3 course meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu was all available so choice was good, the food was good and the price was good too. There is a terrace on the river which was not in operation but in the summer it would be lovely if you are in the area don't miss this !!!!"

Restaurant had at least 5 price mix menus. We started with the salmon and the 12 Escargot appetizers. Both were great. Then we had the chicken breast with a white sauce and the steak with frits, also super. We finished with a cheese plate and chocolate cake with hot chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Unbelievable meal

Accueil sympathique.Mon interrogation porte sur le fait maison que je ne conteste nullement par contre la finesse et la cuisine reste basique sans ingéniosité ce n'est pas une critique une simple constatation.A l'évidence il faudrait faire un effort sur le pain de qualité moindre.Le prix du menu reste correct mais à l'évidence il y a un fossé par rapport à ce qui est proposé au bistrot Ronsard de la même ville.Difficile d'envisager un nouveau repas.
