"Le Petit Phare in Anduze is an address that I highly recommend to fish and seafood lovers. We had the opportunity to have lunch there and I was won over by the quality of the entire service. The fish, impeccably fresh, was cooked to perfection, respecting the texture and delicate flavors of the product. But what really caught my attention was the care given to the accompaniments. We feel a real desire to highlight the fish, and not to hide it with artifice. The vegetables, fresh and seasonal, were prepared with great precision. I particularly enjoyed the fresh, crunchy peas and new carrots. We feel that the chef works with quality products and that he is keen to offer inventive cuisine that respects the seasons. The whole dish was not only delicious, but also visually very pleasing, with careful presentation. It also offers a fine selection of local wines. It is an address that deserves to be discovered for an authentic and tasty culinary experience. "Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans ce restaurant presque par défaut par manque de places dans notre premier choix. On se doutait quand même qu'on ne prenait pas trop de risque vu les commentaires sur tripadvisor.Ils n'avaient plus de place dans leur salle. Le problème est qu'il ne faisait pas chaud dehors voire même froid. Pas de souci, ils nous ont préparé une petite table nickel rien que pour nous !!! Déjà accueil très sympa. Tout le long du repas ils se sont inquiétés de notre confort (nous étions du coup un peu près des cuisines, mais très bien installés).Niveau repas, un véritable DELICE !!!! Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Découverte de produits. Présentation jolie. Bref au TOP !!!"

"Nous y sommes venus dimanche midi, totalement par hasard, après avoir traversé les places bruyantes et pleines des restaurants style "tourist trap" nous sommes arrivés dans un petit restaurant tranquille et accueillant.il n'y avait que deux plats à la carte (ce qui est plutôt bon signe !! ), nous choisissons les farcis: une véritable bonne cuisine de grand mère !!les entrées de nos voisins de table ( assiette de charcuterie ) est plus que suffisante pour deux !! Les desserts faits maison et l'assortiment de fromage n'ont pu que nous convaincre de la qualité de ce restaurant.Vraiment un excellent restaurant quant au rapport qualité prix rien à redire : 25 € le menu super !! et sur que c'est du frais.bref allez y les yeux fermés et avec bon appétit.et le plus plus : le service très sympa de la patronne aux serveurs !!!"
