One of the joys of dining in France is the beautiful, attentive service in good restaurants. This was no exception. Our food was beautifully presented and delicious and a personal visit by the proprietress was a nice touch.

Nine of us arrived at this charming Restaurant, the menu was far more expansive than I'd expected, the food was excellent and service was great and very friendly. I just can't sing this places enough. It is obviously popular with the locals as we were there at opening time and within 15 minutes the place was packed. I've been lucky enough to eat in this restaurant for both lunch and dinner on a reasonably regular basis (at least three times a year) for about five years. The reception and service has been unfailingly pleasant and the food very good indeed. I always look forward to a return visit and if you are worried about the more 'authentic' French dishes, one of the English speaking staff will happily talk you through it. Pleasant both inside and out, with a swimmimg pool for hot days.

Sat outside in the glorious sunshine and enjoyed a lovely impromptu lunch for four. This is one of our favourite local restaurants. The three course daily menu always starts with a country soup, which is hot and hearty. They always have a choice of the plat du jour (off the more expensive 21 euro menu) and there are some scrummy puddings, again with lots of choice. The wine is reasonably priced. There's a pool if you feel like taking the plunge, but we are always too full to contemplate much more than an afternoon stroll or a nap. A wonderful stop on our drive from Dordogne to Millau, we found this restaurant courtesy of Trip Advisor and it was a good one! We just had the EUR20 lunch, and the food was beautifully prepared and delicious. Particular highlights were the Gratinée d’agneau and the Île flottante – well worth a taste. Service was great, wine recommendation turned out very well (and not expensive, EUR10 for a 500ml bottle of a very decent local white).Just note that the ‘dot’ for the restaurant is a little off (at least from the Trip Advisor App for iPhone). Check the street address and keep an eye out for the signs; it’s actually well signed but we were doggedly following the map to the ‘dot’, never mind tha... Ver carta
