"Was really impressed with this restaurant. Food was interesting, tasty and well cooked with big portions. Was given peanuts and rhum by the friendly staff who ran it. Made me really interested in Senegalese food and I will definitely go back next time I'm in Montpellier!"

"A very friendly wine bar on the edge of this historic city of Montpellier. I recommend for wine tasting with the great advantage of taking only small quantities (1/4 1/2 3/4 glass) of several bottles. Good service. Slightly flat: I have food is not of very high quality, and the quality price ratio becomes interesting only with discounts like on the Fourchette. I will come back with pleasure and recommend"

"The wait at the entrance was brief. We were immediately seated in what appeared to be a pseudo rustic burger joint with MDF walls with conveniently mounted bag and coat hooks beside each table. Although the table was sticky, I was still filled with optimism that the food would deliver. I was not wrong. The menu was simple, we both went for the standard burger with cheese and burger sauce. Keeping it simple tends to reveal the quality of the core product, that is the patty itself. Tap water was served up before the food landed and without prompting which was a promising no-nonesense approach. The burgers and chips landed and they were a delight. The burger was pink but not **** which is quite like how I enjoy it. The bun was seeded and slightly toasted, offering a welcome nutty flavour. The patty was flavoursome and the simplicity of the burger was testament to the quality of the product. Moving onto the chips, they were hand sliced, skin on and of an irregular shape. Crispness level 100 they were. Having thoroughly enjoyed the meal, walked up to the cashier at the door and paid a reasonable price (having come from London) for a very satisfying meal for two."

"Nous y allons de temps en temps, le soir. Il y a à chaque fois un truc qui cloche... il y a eu la fois où l'on nous a annoncé 10 minutes d'attente à emporter, puis qu'au bout de 20 minutes, ils se sont rendus compte qu'ils avaient oublié de préparer notre commande (que nous avons eu après 30 minuttes d'attente et pas d'excuses), une fois à la maison, il y avait des erreurs dans la commande, il y a eu ensuite la fois où nous sommes arrivés à 22h05 (le restaurant ferme à 30) et où avant même de pouvoir passer la porte, le jeune homme nous a indiqué que c'était fermé (clope au bec adossé au mur). Enfin, la fois où l'on arrive à 21h un dimanche soir et on nous indique sèchement qu'ils ne prennent plus les commandes avant au moins 20 minutes... (pas très courant). Alors on a laissé passer à chaque fois, parce qu'on est sympas mais au bout d'un moment il faut quand même essayer d'engendrer une petite remise en question, même si Henri a l'air d'avoir réponse à tout ;)"
