Good food, but the boss doesn't make you feel that you're welcome. In the end rather expensive for correct dishes but a not kind boss. The young waitress happily catches up.

We had taken assortment of cheese and charcuterie, very good with all the products of the region, very good homemade dish, taste the quiche morbier, by other morbiflette person, and bigburger with salad and frite, welcome and friendly service

Passing in the area for a few days, we are arrested the day in poligny. Lunch for 2 on the terrace, young friendly waitress, traditional and very good cooking to try excellent mortiflette, impeccable service and in the afternoon a pancakes and drink I recommend good courage to all the team Ver carta

Not much choice at any time of the day (crêpes, ice, dessert, hot drinks where cold) Servers (those) are nice. Well placed on the main square with terrace and parking nearby. There's a little rigor in the team and coordination. In any case if you are not in a hurry you can take a little break without problems.

Visited this town to try the cheese. As is the case in France the shops are closed 12-2pm and most restaurants in small towns close the kitchen at 2pm. As it was 1pm I opted for the restaurant and askwd for local cheese. I had the fondue with the extras (salami, ham, chips and salad). I also had the local cheese board and a small carafe of Jara wine.The fondue was good, the cheeses and wine - outstanding - both with nutty overtones.Fantastic service from the male waiter who had perfect english. The cheese stores missed out... so far this has happened 3 times to me... one way not to spend... must result in lost sales.

Rolled up at lunchtime passing through en route to Swiss Alps. The place looked like the ideal French pavement terrace with plane trees outside, hanging flower baskets in the square. We'e a family of 5 with a dog and the place was heaving. nevertheless, we were found a table, the waitress was superb, but then the maitre d' came over with our water - I asked to try the local wine. He brought a selection of bottles for me to try and went through the process and qualities of each (in English). It was brilliant! The food was delicious (plat du jour, though my son went for a steak) the ambience busy and pleasant with what seemed like a mix of locals and tourists, and we left feeling like we'd bee... Ver carta
