Great heated terrace, great location, great people-watching, great atmosphere. But I’m docking a star because of the rap and club music. Why would I want to listen to some guy talking about bi and ho’s while I’m sitting in my bistro chair sipping a glass of wine? This is happening all over the city, and I wish it’d stop.
