"Bachica is a good encounter between the Neapolitan tradition and that of Argentine meat, a pleasant surprise. The room is nice and comfortable, characterized by an impeccable service, with a very helpful and very friendly owner who first person has pleasure to welcome guests and explain menus and dishes of the day. As soon as you sit, a small aperitif based on sparkling wine and salty appetizer, an excellent salt cake in our case. The wine card is well-kept and has interesting bottles as well as beer that offers some small artisanal manufacturer that is truly appreciable. The pizzas are in Neapolitan style but the dough is made of semi-aligned flour and the yeast is a mix of beer used as a starter and natural smoothie. The result is a more fragrant pasta than the traditional Neapolitan, slightly crisper at the base, perfect cooking. Excellent and digestible. The ingredients used for filling are really of good quality and the mix mozzarella, crocché of potatoes and cooked ham, which I had the opportunity to try, has succeeded. Good desserts, both the pastry and the baked cream were impeccable. Even coffee has not disappointed expectations, as strong as Neapolitan style wants but without the usual bitter from burned. Additional note of merit for the limoncelli and amari kindly offered by the owner. Thanks to the care in the service and the excellent value for money is a place where I will definitely return and that I recommend."

Un vero bidone. Prenoto una cena, con tanto di conferma scritta, e una volta arrivato al ristorante una bella sorpresa: saracinesca abbassata, senza nessun avviso o spiegazione, nè tramite email, e neanche sul posto. Ver carta

Located in a very nice area of Milan (via Orti) and outside the frenzy of metropolitan traffic, it can be an excellent destination as well as for dinner also for lunch break. Room and kitchen staff extremely attentive to the needs of customers.

Nice restaurant that combines the tradition of Italian cuisine, in particular Neapolitan cuisine, with that of Argentine cuisine. The environment is simple and bright, perhaps a little noisy. The service is quick and the waiters are all very kind, perhaps an intrusive little thread. The pizzas proposed are several: cooked in the wood oven, not too high, fragrant and skillfully stuffed both in the traditional versions (such as daisy) and in the most particular ones (such as pizza crust, without tomato and with ham and potato croquettes). As for the dishes, the first and the tips of the kitchen are typically Neapolitan while the second, all of meat, are traceable to 'Argentina. I didn't try, b...

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
