"Discovered this by chance.....their potato soup was awesome (not the creamy type we are accustomed to but full of slivered potatoes rather than chunks, and flavored with onions and bacon). My husband said his burger was one of the best he's had since we moved...here. We were pleasantly surprised to see on the menu that they offer an American breakfast including fried eggs (kind of a novelty in this region). It has several types of seating including couches with chandeliers overhead for a relaxed coffee/dessert atmosphere as opposed to typical sit-down to the table kind of fares. We will definitely go back, although I think they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Such an array of fine bakery offerings that it would make a great option for take-out to business meetings"

Before they offer breakfast on Sundays. After you won't get much off the menu. Sandwiches, desserts, breads and coffees. Presentation was great and atmosphere even better. Very clean. English speaking. They only accept cash

we ordered the heavenly breakfast and unfortunately had to find that the plate is getting less and less filled. the salmon became less, just like salami. I'd rather be stretched. the same in the rolls, there are always less placed in the dish and also less different. really very bad, because for this breakfast you also pay a decent price.

we always like to go to the hiltner for breakfast. we were there on the 16th august unregistered with 3 adults and 3 children. the friendly staff quickly gave us a table and also served flott. the breakfast was good as usual, the noise level was also, but the content of the broth basket was not the freshest. Hopefully, it won't happen again.

This place is always good. They have good options for breakfast. There is always parking and tables, even without a reservation. We always go for breakfast, we do not like the cold breakfast but they have options for eggs, bacon etc. The service is always...attentive, nice, and give you options. They also have a whole bakery with break, pastries. The cakes look amazing but never had that before

My family and I have visited this restaurant times over the last two years. Relaxing atmosphere with typical tables to eat and a couches and arm chairs to read and relax. Also a great play area for kids with a touch screen tv. The...bakery selection, coffee and drinks is very good. The menu selection is average but covers breakfast thru dinner. Overall, a delightful place to spend time with family and friends

For several years since I have been driving by this Backerei and after a fellow coworker recommended it I got hooked. There’s a variety of pastry’s and bread, along with a restaurant inside this huge and pleasant establishment. The food on the menu are...worth the drive of kilometers or so from Vilseck to savor the cravings. Customer Service is always a Pleasure and Appreciative. I have been recommending and bringing Local and Stateside friends and coworkers to experience this hidden Gem. It’s a favorite and frequent visits place of mine
