"Il ristoro si presenta certamente in modo egregio: locale molto accogliente, se vogliamo accoglievole, foriero di emozioni positive (come direbbero i giovini di oggi: good vibes, no cap . Ottima, ad avviso dello scrivente, la qualità delle pietanze notevolissimo nella sua virtuositá, in particolare, il Betula Burger (consigliatissimo . Birre altresí di ricercata provenienza e squisitissima fattura. Ulteriormente, la provenienza locale di tutti i prodotti serviti conferisce, ciò é pacifico, grande pregio alla locanda e alla di lei gestione. Quanto precede non viene pregiudicato dalla lunghissima attesa (nell 'ordine di un 'ora per due hamburger di cui chi scrive ha avuto esperienza. "Great place to have a snack and a drink while enjoying the marvelous surroundings. It was crowded when we were there, so service was a bit slow, but we still managed to find a table by ourselves. I enjoyed a good Aperol Spritz with the best views ever! The meat and cheese platter was also nice; polenta dish was a bit too greasy and heavy for the stomach. Food: 3"

"Snecken Stube 4.0 Snecken Stube had been one of my favorites during my previous visits to Ortisei. We made a Saturday night reservation last week. Service was prompt. We ordered two glasses of wine from an extensive wine list. For dinner we requested a salad to share as a starter. For our main courses we ordered fish and meat dishes. Surprisingly the main courses were very quickly served but the salad was served while we were eating our main course. I had assumed they had forgotten the salad order. We only had a taste of the salad, which was a timing miscue. The food was OK but clearly, we did not have the relaxed dining experience we had in the past."

"I did not publish on tripadvisor for a dae but felt forced after the terrible service in da checco. we ate there a few years ago and it was good so I made reservations in this week. in the first night we sat to the right as they entered the restaurant. many large groups, very loud. eating was in order, nothing special. in the second night I asked to sit left while entering. No! I was told by a very unfriendly woman. I explained why I wanted to sit there again and again, no, no tables over there. I went by and saw open tables for people. the unpleasant woman once again insisted that I cannot sit there. she said, if the people on the other side are too loud, I have to say, it should be calm. what a colour! I have to force their guests to betray them, keep them? after that, I went out. I was glad to go because it kept me from eating in this involuntary restaurant with mediocre eating. a blessing in the lining!"

"Abbiamo avuto questa bellissima opportunità di pernottare in questo hotel per 4 notti ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, al nostro completo agio, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo preso la stanza Mountain con piccolo balcone , stanza pulita e letti comodissimi. La mattina scendevamo a fare colazione e al ritorno trovavamo la camera già bella profumata e pulitissima . La colazione era a buffet fornita di tutto : dolce, salato, pane di ogni tipo, frutta fresca e secca, centrifuga , succhi e latte fresco oltre alla macchinetta per le bibite calde. Inoltre potevamo scegliere 4 tipo di uova cucinate diversamente , essendo noi in mezza pensione ogni mattina trovavamo il menù delle sera casomai volevamo fare qualche variazione e anche all'ultima pagina trovavamo consigli su qualche escursione. La cena comprendeva ; buffet libero di verdure e insalata, un dolce e 3 piatti diversi . Devo dire che tutte le sere abbiamo mangiato benissimo , cucina top. La struttura ha la spa un pò piccola visto che l'apertura era prevista dalle 1530 alle 1830 e ci trovavamo tutti gli ospiti allo stesso orario, su 4 giorni alla fine siamo riusciti a usufruire della spa solo 2 volte. L'hotel ci ha fornito anche i biglietti validi per tutto il ns soggiorno per usufruire della navetta che si fermava a due passi dall'hotel e che in 10 minuti ci portava ad Ortisei, servizio ottimo , non abbiamo mai dovuto prendere la macchina per spostarci. A fine serata fuori veniva acceso un falò dove potevamo goderci una tisana o un cocktail al caldo grazie anche la possibilità di utilizzare delle coperte . Conclusione? consigliamo tantissimo questo hotel."
