"Went into the shop on a Tuesday evening ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 slices of cake. Waited 20 minutes to be given it and then to get home and find the lids of the milkshakes upside down in the top ? I rang them to find out why the lids were upside down inside the milkshake and the person I spoke to said that’s how they seal properly in transport? The cake had been shoved into the box and half of it was on top of the box lid. Worst place in banbury Then said that was it and hung up."

The chicken wings sauce was rotten, smelled and taste so bad! It was weird consistency! And they forgot to send 2 drinks as well! No refund give in!

Chicken wings and chicken strips were cold dry and over cooked. We ordered a lamb rasher burger and they gave us lamb doner instead. Would NOT recommend. Everything was a sloppy mess!!!

Awful kebabs. Poor quality filling, tasteless and overpriced. Staff disinterested and surly. To add insult to injury I was also overcharged. Unfortunately, I didn't check my bank account until I got home and I wasn't going to travel 8 miles back to town for a £2 refund. Avoid. Ver carta

We ordered our food at 7.36 we rang them and we waited over a hour and a half! after the terrible customer service i received i am discussed with how they treated me so i ordered from flaming hot that was delivered in 25 min like it should!! Food was amazing boycott kebbabish! very rude people
