"Last night we took our two children (7&5) for their first dinner at the Jaypur.... the staff were fantastic as always. My son requested ketchup with his popadums which wasn't a problem, my daughter just had a spare plate and tried everything that everyone else ordered. We felt at ease with taking them, infact our son has asked to go again. Best of all they make your curry slimming world friendly if you ask!"

"The restaurant is situated in a beautiful Cotswold setting that's easy to locate using a sat nav. There's a wide variety of choices for Sunday lunch, including at least one vegetarian option. The cheese soufflé was delightful, and the Sunday roasts were very good; however, there could have been more vegetables served. The desserts were also delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding. The service was friendly and prompt. I would definitely return."

"Two of our guests pumpkin main was not cooked. The pizza was tough so not eaten. They were being polite and said nothing until we left. It was very disappointing as we wanted to show our guest local place was special. Hopefully better next time."

"This charming coaching Inn is located in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds well situated for the city of Oxford and Bletchley Park. The food is good quality and reasonable priced. Staff are friendly attentive and efficient. who makes staying here a pleasurei. The rooms were clean but in need of refreshing/ refurbishment hence the four stars) would definitely stay again. "that was nice to eat. at the beginning we had cooked the beer and cheddar soup and the cuddles in the beer. this was served with some broth and homemade butter with salt and crumble from their garden. it was a fantastic start as all three items were perfect. for our main we had the lamb 'pee' with savoyen kohl, dauphinoise kartoffeln, lambskin and minze sauce and the bark meat with chips and bone marrow. everything was very good. if there was a thing that I would have changed for myself, it would be a little less salt in the lamb engraving and I think I preferred the cake to be a little less packed with meat. the crust of the torte was excellent and the mince sauce was better than any mince sauce I had. the bark was excellent, cooked medium rarely at the choice of the chef and while my partner felt that the bone mark was too rich for him, I could polish off what he could not eat. all in all it was a great meal. would recommend."

"the food was great with friendly staff and was also very clean and well maintained, no toilets were shaking, but there were others close so not a big thing. the milkshake on the other side was one of the best I had and I had about 5 so obviously an expert, it was also very large (muffin to skala) also the muffins were great, not sick, and were also large (milkshake to skala)"

"I love this place! always a stacking forever when I bring company in banbury. the menu is versatile to fulfill their desires or if they have a lovely sweet tooth. the coffee by far is something of the best I had ever had in england and her gelato (i.e. I mentioned that they make gelato shakes!? is nothing less fabulous. the cherry top, is their constant Sterling customer service. I can honestly say that there is no time I didn't enjoy here or felt restless. "The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 11:45 on our way back from a gig in Birmingham. Their 2 for 1 deal is very valuable and our food stayed hot during the 15-minute drive home. One warning: if they have any leftover pizza, they do not provide garlic sauce."

"we visited the shop to eat at lunchtime when we finished shopping. they could only proving 1 brot they had no meatballs ready the salad selection was not great. there were 2 people in the load, but the service had not great...customer service he was very quiet, not understood what the people had asked him, he had to get another member of the staff to explain, there were no meatballs they got what they asked, what was the replacement because they did not want to wait. the portion sizes are very economical, they would have thought that promoting healthy eating would mean a decent amount of salate. they think we will stay in future with the on hanwell fields."

"Absolutely Useless!! Incompetence to its core. Ordered over an hour ago, called them to get an update, I was told there is no order with those details. Idiot on the phone said he will chase up, didn’t call me back. I called back 10 minutes later and they are passing the phone between eachother making excuses and the original guy apparently “went home” 10 minutes after saying he will give me an update. If I was the management, I would literally sack everyone on this shift, so useless its unreal!!! Order never arrived also! Full refund has been requested."

"A group of five of us visited for Sunday lunch, hoping for a nice roast. While the food was flavorful, we found the portion sizes, especially the roast meat, to be quite disappointing. Additionally, there was a long wait after our main course before we were offered the dessert menu, and I had to go to the bar to get another glass of wine for my family. "This restaurant is amazing. I went for lunch last week and there was a queue, but it was managed quickly. I appreciated that they had halal options along with many others. The two female chefs in the kitchen were fantastic – despite being busy, they served the food quickly and it was delicious. You should definitely visit this café for yourself."

"Went into the shop on a Tuesday evening ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 slices of cake. Waited 20 minutes to be given it and then to get home and find the lids of the milkshakes upside down in the top ? I rang them to find out why the lids were upside down inside the milkshake and the person I spoke to said that’s how they seal properly in transport? The cake had been shoved into the box and half of it was on top of the box lid. Worst place in banbury Then said that was it and hung up."

"we love the kitchen and have been regular visitors for a long time. this was our place of choice to enjoy a mid festive season brunch. we chose both agitation in sourdough. the touch was deliciously smooth and creamy. my toast was burned at the edges and, although I asked for the speck to be done well, I had not expected that 2 small pieces I could hardly cut or chew for an additional £4.50 my man ordered extra toast, butter and jam. there was no jam that was disappointed. we were recommended to apply for marmelade next time in booking. the coffee and the tee were great, the ambiente, which, despite the rain, always greeted with the usual stunning landscape view. service is always attentive."
