We spotted this restaurant from a chairlift and stopped for lunch a day of skiing under the rain. A high-end reception, a warm atmosphere with a huge fireplace and a very neat decoration, away from the usual altitude restaurants. Now we're at the edge of the track, but in a real restaurant. Back to the Beavers after a decade, we forced The Star to always be there, just - on- the slopes above the Menuires, in front of the small village of apartments Les Montagnettes.
