Bay Star Cafe - Carta

Lovely meal and setting on the beach!!! The food was lovely and the service was impeccable. Would definately recommend this restaurant.

By the beach nice and quite Lovely view and right in front of the runway. If you love planes then is the place to go as u can see the runway from here.

Everything was amazing! This place is so beautiful, the staff is really friendly, good wine and the food was amazing. Great place to relax, have a romantic dinner or a great laugh with your family and friends.

Very friendly and professional service, first class view and location. Food overall good. Only downside, if any is that they position themselves as mediterranean cuisine revisited ... and some of the dishes they revisited they could have left as were originally intended :-) but overall experence positive and would definately recomend a visit

Atmosphere was amazing mainly thanks to our brilliant server Ellias (apologies if I spelt it wrong). Starters were very tasty and so were the desserts, the mains were very cleverly constructed but didn't quite hit the mark. Overall very good food, gorgeous whine and scrumptious desserts. Would definitely recommend it. PS: the view is to die for, definitely adds to the experience. Ver carta

Lovely spot on the st Laurent du Var beach/marina - food is very good quality (/price ratio) and the location is very beautiful on the beach! For a romantic experience book a table on the beach beforehand - we didn't do it as it was a mid-week evening and we thought it wouldn't be so busy - well, it was..! Managed to get a table but the nicer ones were all booked up. We had 2 courses each (main+dessert) and a glass of wine - final bill was around 70e.

This cafe is based on the beach outside the holiday inn st Laurent du var. When we arrived the hotel had mixed up our booking but we were accommodated quickly so he service started well but went down hill rapidly. Long wait for an English menu - I went and got our own in the end (I know we should speak French etc!). Food came and was passable but bland. We ordered dessert and it took nearly 45 mins to arrive after some chasing. Overall passable but not as special as we had hoped for after seeing the other reviews. It's rare I don't leave a tip in fact I think it's only the second time but the service was really that bad.

We wanted a dinner close to our hotel and airport for a last vacation dinner before flying out in the morning. We read the other trip advisor reviews and decided to walk past all of the restaurants in the area. We selected the bay star because the place looked clean and newer as well as right on the water. We started with stuffed onions and French fries which were excellent. My wife had the tenderloin and I had the pork chop which were both outstanding. The plates both were presented well with various vegetables. The chocolate cake was excellent for dessert! This turned out to be one on the best meals of the trip! I highly recommend this restaurant and wouldn't hesitate to eat here again! Ver carta
