"The restaurant was closed despite having made a reservation through OpenTable, which was confirmed. We arrived only to find the doors locked, so we had to call them. When I first spoke to the man who answered, he didn't even realize they were closed. The place seemed entirely abandoned, so we decided to go elsewhere. I understand that they may have had their reasons for being closed, but they really need to cancel reservations or at least inform their customers!"

The restaurant was closed despite confirming our reservation through OpenTable. When we arrived, we found the doors locked and had to call them. The person who answered didn't even seem aware that they were closed. It was really disappointing, and we ended up going somewhere else. I understand they might have had their reasons for being closed, but they really need to cancel their bookings so that people don’t show up unexpectedly.
