"Aureliano is a passionate cook and, while still very young, in his dishes he always tries to manage with skill the ingredients and to be able to create even surprising combinations. It's definitely my favorite restaurant and I'll go back with my friends whenever I can. The table service is very attentive and not intrusive. The deliberately spartan style of the equipment recalls the osteries of once, while at the same time giving a disinvolved and relaxed impression to the style however sought after of the whole room."
