Bella Italia - Carta

I'm not sure if we were just unlucky, but my visit to Bella Italia was disappointing. The food was unappetizing, dry, and obviously reheated.

on Sunday evening the personal relatiw sat quiet, friendly and attentive. we used a taste card and got two meals for the price of one that was great. eating was delicious, overall a good experience.

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent, with options for both vegetarian and vegan diets. The staff is polite and accommodating, able to cater to allergies and other customer needs effectively. Ver carta

The staff at this restaurant was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. They were also accommodating when I asked for a certain ingredient to be left out of my dish.

The dining experience was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating. We were able to use our Tesco Clubcard points for a free meal, so we cannot comment on the usual prices. The portions were generous and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. Online booking was quick and simple.

So, really, the price is not worth it, but the staff was friendly, even if the full environment, ruined the atmosphere, and the tables were so cramped together that I barely met in fear of my chair the dame sitting behind me. People must like it, as the two I've been too were full (had to go to another as the other was full), however, I believe the food is overpriced for an average tasting meal. The service too, wasn't the best, and the speed for just a starter took around minutes. So, really, the price isn't worth it, but the staff were friendly, even though the full environment, ruined the atmosphere, and the tables were so cramped together that I could barely in fear of my chair hitting the lady seated behind me. Maybe I just got there at a bad time of day, and others may like it.

Visited for the first time with my partner. When going to any establishment. Customers service makes or breaks a first impression and I can 100% say, staff where brilliant. Service with a smile and very patient. I'm vegiterian and my partner isn't. I let them know I'm veggie and they gave me a standard menu and a vegan menu so I had multiple choices. For starters we ordered the garlic mozzarella dough bites. Very delicious. For mains my partners had the meat feast pizza, and I have the vegan Carne Mista pizza (seen in picture) both delicious and will have this again. Brilliant first experience and will definitely be returning
