"The problem with Bella Italia Lakeside is it is so hit and miss! In the past we have had some nice meals and service but lately that just doesn't seem to be the case. On Sunday 16th July my partner and I went there after some shoppping, was a good sign to start with that we were acknowledged alomst straight away and shown to a table (this is a good start as move times more recently we have been ignored at the door for a good 10 mins or so and left! We sat down and waited for someone to come over, no-one ever did. I went to the loo after we had been there about 20 minutes, the toilets were in a pretty filthy state and need some maintenance attention and a good clean! When i sat back down I could see there was a card on the table to order via your phone using the QR code, no-one told us we needed to do that, it was hideen behind the salt and pepper shakers, when i looked at it the table number was written in an ink pen and had clearly got wet at some point so all the ink had run so we didn't even know what the table number would be. We tried to flag down a waitress to check but no-one took any notice. Enough was enough and we got up and left and again no-one seemed to notice."

Valerie provided excellent service and was very helpful during our visit. She also did a great job interacting with our kids. The food was delicious, especially the pasta pomodoro that I ordered.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly, the cocktails and food were top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I also tried the gamberroni pasta and it was delicious! 5/5 stars.

I must say that we were all very impressed with the food at this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and served hot. Valerie was a gem and provided excellent service with a twinkle in her eye. I would definitely come back again. It was the perfect way to end a busy day of shopping.

Service was disgusting, waitress served our pizza with no plates, when asked for three plates she never said a word and gave us 3 teaplates asked for larger plates and told that's all they had,her attitude was dreadful when I paid the bill I didn't leave a tip and the other server literally through my card and receipt on the table. These people obviously do not have any training. My first and definitely my last visit to Bella Italia.

I was here about 4 or 5 times and everyone visited had a catastrophe as soon as it was rude staff, once the elevator was broken, a few times we were ice cold and sad every time there was a big thing with eating for one or all of us the most dangerous problem was cold eating, then overcooked, but in the rule it seems never right enough to get the restaurant to go back to a lot they want. to be honest, I don't know how it survived when better restaurants come and have gone.

Disappointed with our recent experience at Bella Italia Lakeside. On August 31, 2023, my family and I were treated rudely by the manager when we asked about using a valid discount code. The manager accused us of trying to eat for free, which was embarrassing and uncalled for. We've always enjoyed your food, but this incident has left us disheartened.
