Huge surprise! Perfectly arranged fresh mushrooms. A taste that exceeded my expectations. Very often you are delivered a pizza and there is a small puddle of water underneath, a sign of rapid defrosting of certain foods. This is absolutely not the case here. Bravo for your work.
