I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's "over 70" birthday and our 5-month wedding anniversary The dining experience was phenomenal.

My husband and I were in town for the weekend and found Table 427 through Yelp! We were very impressed with the outside patio and made reservations ahead of Ver carta

The area did not look very promising but was near where we had an appointment that evening. In the event the meal was excellent. We are all vegetarian and each dish tasted different, interesting, very fresh and most enjoyable. I would never have found this place without top table.

The restaurant was a bit quiet, which was expected for a weekday evening. Nevertheless, the customer service was good and the food was served promptly. We especially liked the paneer tikka, although the other vegetarian dishes were a bit inconsistent. The overall price was reasonable.

bengal bertie was a nice surprise, because although it wasn't busy, although it was a Saturday night, it was great to eat. the onion bhajees were the best we had tasted for a long time and the menu had some different things that were unusual. the service was attentive, but not pushy. all in a great evening and we will return.

the food was good in bengal bertie’s in north finchley, but the restaurant urgently needs more staff, it was half an hour between our poppadoms and in the position to order the rest of the food. they were not busy in the restaurant itself there were only 2 other tables, but the constant stream of Takeaway calls meant that the waiter was constantly on the pone.
