Quick snack Vegan rice box And Chinese style char Sui buns Rice box was amazing full of flavours even though I eat meat I would def have this again, only down side a tad bit on the expensive side. Char Sui pork buns tasty just too small

Sushi is very bland, rice does not have classic rice vinegar flavour. The miso soup is laced with E additives including MSG! Wasabi and ginger are packaged not fresh and laced with E additives. No separate recycling bins. Will not be returning.

Really rude staff. Three members of the team serving decided to mock and make fun of the way I had greeted them. Which was a friendly hello. They proceeded to mimic my hello and all laugh at me as a team. It was also a day I felt extremely tired and so really upset me. Would not go back at all because if that. Ver carta

I ordered from this restaurant through UberEats to be delivered directly to my hotel room in Edinburgh as I was quarantined for several days. The sushi I ordered was good with good portions, but the poke bowl I ordered was firm inside and didn’t seem fresh. I enjoyed everything else I ordered except the sushi bowl.

Not overly impressed but I have heard good things about the sushi. I got the chicken curry, plenty of nice sticky rice, plenty of sauce, plenty of potatoes in the curry, not that much chicken at all! For that reason I have marked down. It also seemed a bit chaotic but the food came quickly. Will need to grab some sushi next time.

I was in the restaurant at lunch time today, and I bought veggie gyoza, as they looked delicious. I ate one and realised it tasted odd. I then looked inside the second and third to find there was chicken inside!! I am a vegetarian so this was horrifying. I went back and was offered a refund. However, I will not be back again, who knows whatelse they mislabel !!!!! Ver carta

The food arrived with the bags stapled closed and the receipt on the front. The receipt was correct. When we opened the bags, one of the courses was missing. We immediately contacted the driver and he issued a refund. Why would we want a refund when we had four people waiting for meals? They made absolutely no offer or effort to bring the missing course. That’s horrible, horrible customer service. Additionally the food was cold, the teriyaki sauce was overly sweet and thick like paste. The evening was ruined. We will never, ever return. They made no effort at all to make it right. They basically did not care.

Appalling , the girl serving could not speak simple English the only two staff members on duty , took their face coverings off for prolonged periods the chef was giving it the big one without one (fc) while preparing the food . Really unfriendly and entitled attitude was what I got from the staff but these are spreading more then food their actions are likely to spread Covid and oh yeah we really need adapted Sushi more then our health services. Don't we? I went in over year ago it was friendly and nice now it's just another irresponsible business running amok. I walked out when I saw how they didn't bother with basic Covid safety and had no desire to do so.

Saw the new Bento location open recently on Lothian Road, next to the Greggs. I’d never tried the Southbridge location before but the new one is close to my workplace. Same layout as the older location with food displayed on the left hand side, counter at the back and a few tables on the right side. The main door is really heavy to open. The food seems like it may have sat out under heat lamps for a while. I was wary of the quality of the raw fish so avoided the sushi and sashimi. I opted for an unagi rice bowl which seemed like a decent sized portion. The bowl is deceptive and not as deep as it looks. The rice was barely warm and the unagi (eel) drenched in sauce.
