"What can I say about the Bentra Grill? Conveniently located near the A2 in Whitehead, Northern Ireland, 12 of us, including my three grandchildren, visited the Bentra for a Boxing Day dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the food was absolutely extraordinary, as was the service. I can't recall ever dining anywhere where both the starter and main course were so delicious, fresh, and plentiful. Even with my hearty appetite, I couldn't finish my meal! The dishes were served hot, followed by a delightful and fresh dessert along with coffee. To top it all off, the prices made the evening exceptionally good value for money; we could have easily ended up paying twice as much or more in Belfast for what we received. The staff was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and courteous; nothing was too much trouble, and the service was efficient and quick. While it's easy to remember a place for the wrong reasons, in this case, I will fondly remember the Bentra for all the right ones!"

Recently returned home from holiday and treated ourselves to a meal in Bentra Grill and it didn't disappoint. The staff couldn't do enough and the food was up there with the best in the area. Gorgeous view over the golf course and relaxing atmosphere. Despite being busy the food came out in no time and the fillet steak was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

great food! tasteful, truthahn and ham cooked to perfection. very tasty. roasted meat tasted very nice with the heavy, and the chicken strips and chips of the child looked very nice. desserts were very nice, we had pavlowa and chocolate wingcake. very well done. only reason for four stars the service was quite slow, we came at 18:30 clock. would recommend everyone and it is quite local! very nice will come back definitiw.

Saturday evening meal, the food was very taste and ample portions. My starter was chilli n garlic prawns and for my main course I'd chicken and half a rack of ribs with a bowl of chunky chips and coleslaw. My hubby had the full rack of ribs n chips. We really enjoy the food in a very friendly atmosphere. My only concern was the level of heat in the restaurant. It was far too warm. I then discovered that where I was seating there was a radiator behind the built in seating which the staff had no way of regulating.
