Best Western Eglinton Arms

Just had my daughter’s wedding at The Eg. Everything was perfect. The staff, the service the food all first class. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks to all the hotel for a wonderful day.

I was craving tofu and chili stir fry and a prawn kebab for dinner, and I'm so glad I chose these dishes from the fantastic menu. The tofu was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and I was hooked from the first bite.

Had a long drive today and was a pleasure coming here. The reception guy was super friendly and helpful and a young girl called Alex made me a great coffee she was friendly and kind just what I needed after a hard days grafting : great rooms in this hotel to clean and fresh and I’m really looking forward to the dinner tonight Ver carta

Went for dinner for a 79th. Staff great, service was good food wasn't that great. 1 meal came out wrong they were told burger nothing on it came out loaded, steak pie was the worst the person had tasted and the mac and cheese was cold reheated but could be eaten the the amount of mustard in the sauce sorry won't be back to eat again

From the moment I arrived here I received a very warm welcome. The staff are fantastic, the beer is great and the food is well above average. I opted for the Curry and I was not disappointed as I found out the chef is from Sri Lanka. Nice heat, chicken cooked to perfection. I am staying here but if I lived local I wiuld come here for the Curry alone.

We arrived on time where checked in we had all amenities pointed out including beer garden that was fantastic with small stream that runs beside it dinner was top class and service was impeccable all staff were helpful and polite had a perfect sleep and breakfast was just as good as dinner all over this was a perfect overnight experience and will be a returning customer Ver carta

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for over a year and have always enjoyed exceptional dinners. However, my husband and I were very disappointed with our meals last night. My meal was served below lukewarm, with potatoes that seemed frozen and not fresh. My husband ordered lasagna with garlic bread, but no salad was included and the lasagna was just a small slice, not a full portion as expected. When I asked the waitress if there was a new chef, she confirmed that there was. During a previous visit in August for a family meal, the lasagna came with salad and garlic bread included. We will not be returning until the quality of the food improves.

Booked on a WoWcher voucher gifted for Xmas. The booking process wasn’t as smooth as I’d expected, so had to contact the hotel who were great. We were welcomed with such enthusiasm that I was surprised, you don’t often encounter it these days. The theme continued with the service throughout our stay. The room was adequate, heating on upon arrival. Food was good overall from a fixed menu for dinner with some surcharges. I would have liked the option of other items on the main menu with a surcharge where necessary, but there was sufficient choice. The food at this restaurant was excellent. I stayed for 2 nights using a voucher deal that allowed me to stay for the price of one night. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service in all areas was exceptional. We were greeted with dinner as part of our deal, and the pizzas were delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to help my partner get pints of Tennant's from another part of the hotel. Breakfast was standard but served quickly, and we enjoyed it. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with an amazing shower. The staff were all accommodating and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recom... Ver carta
