This place matches on quality and as it's brother shop did in hong Kong! I couldn't complain as the meat is top quality beef and cooked to perfection.

Was such a pleasure to eat a french authentic burger. I took a Bartholomé and had a whole harmonious mixture of tastes: melting cheese, bbq sauce, rare beefsteak. I also enjoyed the homemade ketchup sauce, really fresh, with delicate flavour of herbs. They also have vegetarian menu.

The friendliness of the staff is a key asset of this small restaurant. Avoid peak hours. We arrived right after noon and it was almost nobody and at 12:30 the line was going outside. Good ambiance, good burgers (may not be the best burgers in the world, but not the typical fast food stuff). Funny decor with jokes (in French). Burgers at around 12 euros.

Smallish but very nice and cozy place, close to Place Vendôme and the Opera. Great, friendly staff, and super fast service, even though there were lots of people waiting in line. I tried their Le Batholomé, with Raclette cheese, smoked bacon, and 'oignons confits' ...and I totally understand why it is their best-seller: It was awesome. Great crispy fries as well. I'll be back!

We were looking for a bite on a rainy Sunday evening. We didn't want to have to take the metro or walk too far. This fit the bill perfectly!Delicious bread, tasty grilled chicken with cheese and seasoned fries were just right. My daughter had one of their beef burgers and enjoyed it, saying the sauce was a great touch. This isn't inexpensive, at 30 Euro for 2 sandwiches, fries and lemonade. However, the quick friendly service and good food quality made it worth it.

Probably the best burger I've tried in Paris so far.Great double burger I've eaten today (+4 to make it double, so it makes it 16eur) the one with the raclette cheese (even tho i'd change it it was really good), bacon, caramelized oninons and double fries (great ones with paprika) and a paint of beer.I dont adore their system to serve you downstairs and grab your own stuff but the service was just great. All of them super friendly and quick.Seriously recommend it. Taste /quality / service was just perfect

We'd eaten our share of chicken and seafood and pastries this week and really wanted to relax and enjoy a burger and fries, but not American fast food type burgers. Our hotel concierge recommended Big Fernand and it was perfect! Burgers of all kind, not just beef - they grind the meat themselves - and you can add in vegetables if you like. The fries are hand cut and fried to perfection. Enjoy it with the beverage of your choice and, voilà, an American meal done Parisian style! Very friendly bilingual staff work efficiently in a tiny storefront.

We ordered 3 Bartholomé burgers from this restaurant yesterday through Uber Eat. We received only 2 so we immediately called the restaurant. We called for 1hr30 without them ever answering, finally we gave up. Today they finally decided to answer, we explained the situation and they said that it was possibly the Uber driver who stole a burger (yes, crazy, I know). We explained that this was impossible as the brown bag was stapled and untouched when we received it... The manager finally told us he was going to get in contact with the headquarters and contact me IN A FEW DAYS. It is incredible to see how they are managing the situation, I am very disappointed.

We were traveling with myself, my husband, and my 15 yr old son, and this was a nice casual affordable option for us with great quality food (and if you have teenagers, you know how much they can eat!). Super friendly staff (who all spoke English) and super fast service. Can't get a burger this fast in the US even. Simple menu, and as a result they do everything well. Although I speak some French, they have menus in English. Great location for anyone staying at the Renaissance as it is so close to Place Vendôme. There are lots of restaurants in this area but these guys are so friendly, and Tom was especially fantastic, so we went two times during our 4 night stay. We tried their Le Batholomé...
