"Amongst all the restaurants in the shopping centre we were glad we stopped in Big Fernand! Despite the queue. Lovely staff, very happy, cheerful and helpful. There was no problem to find us English menu. Absolutely delicious burger . Tasty, juicy, flavoursome. Just yummy . Fries were heavenly too. 2 burgers + 2 fries + 2 beers = 32€ not too bad. We were very happy with our meal"

Just great burgers !! Love The place. Five guys can just take lessons from them. Fries are great too and deserts need to improve a bit.

Good burgers. Went as a family and sat at the big tables at the front. Combos were good value. Desserts were good also. Reasonable French beer. Prices OK. Staff helpful.

We arrived in serris late in the evening and this place was recommended. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The staff where very pleasant and great with the children.

We went there for lunch. The interior is not so big but it has a terrace outside. Service is good. The burger is good but nothing is really special to differentiate it from other burgers.

Went late in the evening shortly before they were closing. The staff were very helpful with allergies and gave us an extra portion of chips because they were about to close. Really good burgers, ensure you specify if you want your burger well done, as I did ask for this but it was pink in the middle, but I think that's just a French thing! Was great regardless.
