Had breakfast there this Sunday, food was lovely but the service was strange. The waiters seemed to be still sleeping that Sunday morning. I can say the manager rectify their mistakes. Other then that, all was well

I couldn't recommend this place more. I'm gluten intolerant and it's still difficult to find place that provide good choices or any choice at all. I definitely didn't struggle here Amazing burgers! And really cute drinks as well.

amazing customer service, employees were really friendly and helpful. the food was so delicious. would recommend the chicken kewer for beginners, it was so great and full of taste. if we ever come back with the family in london, we will come back as it had such a great atmosphere.

evening 2 curs meal, £13.95...great value and good quality. fresh ingredients with top service, staff very friendly and on the ball. calamari for starter, huh for net, bill can not mistake as exactly what I needed..plus love the decor, busy, vivid atmosphere. back to breakfast this morning

Great service! Waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Food however was average at best. I had the sirloin, and truffle cheese fries. I also ordered a passion fruit spritz which arrived half empty, and tasted like lager. I usually enjoy bills but this meal was under-par. I think more time need to be taken with ensuring flavour and quality of food.

my wife and I came here to have breakfast. first we noticed that the restaurant had a nice facility and it felt quite cozy, especially compared to other Bill’s restaurants in london. second, the staff were very friendly, attentive and courteous. third, my wife had the crushed eggs on toast and I had the crushed avocado on toast with smoked salmon. like pudding, we shared the pancakes with bananas, strawberries and blueberries. to be honest, eating was quite decent as if we were used to getting the same quality over every location. overall a pleasant experience.

The food quality was superb and would recommend to a friend that wants to take their time for a dining experience. I loved the atmosphere as it was classy and elegant. The customer experience was good and they made sure we were happy with our order and that we had everything we needed also. The only thing I feel like that could be done better is the wait time in between meals. It did feel like 30+ minutes at times. Otherwise if I had not been going to an event on that day. Then a 5 star review would be in order. In terms of price for food given. It was a good deal as I would pay a little bit more for what I had.

Before I decided to leave this review, I contacted bills customer services to highlight my experience in this restaurant. unfortunately bills didn't react. I visited this two g of bills in the august and was denied the "good time offer" as they were too busy!. however. the most appalling and worrying observation was a party of guests who arrived at the restaurant and a table asked and told by the staff that the restaurant was closed. I could hear that the party was treated very differently than other guests, and so I went online to book a table for and offered a table st I asked bills to see the cctw of the restaurant to confirm what I observed and they were not a bit interested.
