"Service was incredibly slow!they weren’t very busy but there seemed to be a lot of waiting staff just wandering about doing nothing. After our main meal we offered dessert and coffees. One coffee arrived followed 10 minutes later by desserts. We then asked a further two times about the other coffee. It eventually arrived 30 minutes after we had ordered it. I have been a longtime customer of Bills and have never experienced anything like this before. I definitely won’t be going to the Hammersmith branch again!"

The ingredients were fresh, and the service was top-notch—very friendly and attentive staff. For the starter, I had calamari, and for the main course, I chose chicken. I can't fault Bill's; it was exactly what I needed. I also loved the decor and the vibrant, bustling atmosphere. I'm going back this morning for breakfast!
