Me and my friend loved bills refreshing hedgerow cocktails and tried lots of starters to nibble on. Very busy so book in advance like we did.

They seated the 4 of us well at a busy time for them. Tables outside as well as in. Very busy for lunch. Garlic too much in evidence on menus!

95 minutes for beeakfast and of course it arrived wrong. Don't worth the wait, the service or the experience. If you want to torture yourself go

My friend and I had lunch at the restaurant today, and I have a food intolerance to tomatoes. The staff made sure that I didn't have to worry about it. They went out of their way to ensure that I felt safe. A special shout out to Charlie for outstanding customer service, keeping the drinks, food, laughs, and banter coming. We will definitely be returning!

We had dinner at Bills and returned for breakfast the next day. Reservations were necessary for dinner, but not for breakfast. I have a lactose intolerance, and the staff were very accommodating. The menu can be scanned for allergy information. We both enjoyed the burgers, which were tasty, and the chips were very hot. For breakfast, we requested hot plates and they were delivered piping hot. Our server, Paulina, took great care of us. We would definitely dine at Bills again.

I booked a table as part of a pre-theatre birthday treat for my mum and whilst the food was nice the experience wasn't because they had clearly over booked and rushed us from start to finish. When we had just ordered another bottle of prosecco and our mains had just been served, we were told they needed the table back in 15 minutes. Apparently you only get your table for a 1 hour slot which is not relaxed or enjoyable in any way and had I known I would not have booked. We were made to feel unwelcome and rushed, Really not the special occasion I was hoping for,

We waited 10 minutes to be seated while the manager cleaned two tables before seating us at a table that was already set up. Our waitress served three tables, two of which were seated after us, but did not come to take our order. We were seated right next to her station where she was inputting orders. When we got up to leave, no one approached us. We asked to speak to the manager and complained about the lack of service. This was our first time dining at this location after having eaten at several other Bills restaurants, and it was a let down. We booked here for my birthday dinner I wish we hadn’t bothered. Arrived just before our table booking time, table wasn’t ready, rushed us to a table with no high chair and scrambled trying to find a spare even though I’d put it in the booking. Had been sat for 20 minutes and no one had come over to ask for drinks would understand if it’d been really busy but it wasn’t at numerous times staff members were congregated around a till. Asked if we could order drinks, was told in a minute. I booked Bill 's Covent Garden well in advance for my 50th birthday meal. There were 11 of us altogether. We left our unfinished cocktails at Tequila Mockingbird in order to get to Bill 's in time for our booking at 7.30pm. We arrived in time and were told that the table was not ready and to wait outside. We waited for 30 minutes during that time no one came out to update us on what was happening. When a member of our party asked when our table would be ready and explained that it was for a special occasion the manager said and I quote 'Everyone here is special '.
