"A mythical place in the heart of the most beautiful beech forest in Europe. Impeccable cuisine, typical and organic products, service wonderfully coordinated by the restaurant manager Mauro, a true gentleman who transmits the spirit of the place with his kind and professional manner. His ability to harmonize the whole team is evident for the benefit of an incredible and attentive service. The menu is all very good but I recommend (or rather Cansiglio) the ricotta is better if eaten without bread and sitting on the external bench admiring the splendid green meadows (where hopes hide) Vegetarian options: Ricotta is exceptional, you have to be careful not to eat it with bread, it loses flavour Parking: There is no parking for bikes, it seems they are not welcome."

I tried milk, found it goose, and if it is true that cows eat outdoors in summer and eat natural winter (fieno). they understood everything. I believe it.

lunch had not even gone bad, imperdonable however to serve of the strudel that had inside the mold. we were not charged (and we would miss it!!) fact is that on 4 people 3 were bad in the hours immediately after. absolutely not recommended!

In my opinion the best place to taste Cansiglio products, it's a pity that some of the staff occasionally lack courtesy and respect for the customer, especially during crowded moments and close to closing. A small investment in staff training would make this place perfect or almost perfect. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
