After a walk at lake Avigliana it was a great discovery for beer. Try the one with chestnut. We arrived around 5 so no chance to try the food.

We discovered Birrificio San Michelle after completing the walking route from the village to Sacra di San Michele. There was an great choice of beers and other refreshments and the food was excellent, one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Would definitely recommend

characteristic brewery at the foot of the sacred of san michele. friendly environment and good quality of products. bottled beers from (a honey beer and an ipa) cost and 1:00. the cutter maybe a little expensive, but the products were good. great location to drink or eat something in company after a day in the valley, stay close to the mountains. The place is very nice, there are various beers to explore, and some of the dishes (especially the mixed grilled meat) are very good. On the other hand, be ware of some strange combinations when ordering the hamburger we took the one with mozzarella bufala and it simply didn't fit in our view (as opposed to the more standard cheese burger which was good). Note that the variety offered to vegetarians is very small, this is basically a place for carnivores...
