"a restaurant I recommend absolutely. a diversified menu, which revisits some dishes of the Piedmont tradition and also introduces interesting news. you enter a very cozy environment, attentive to details, with good goto and very comfortable. nice idea of the tables with bench, very comfortable. put en place cured, a beautiful idea of oare dishes “in bulk”. I ate the degotation menu, with a variant in the appetizer, because I wanted to taste the albese and I was pleased because the appetizer proposed in the menu was not well balanced, nice the dish, good the bass ... but the champignons in a restaurant so ... I wouldn't expect. Good veal. beautiful idea of pizza daisy “composed” , good, beautiful and very goose. as before I have pumpkin tortelli were good, the pasta really did well. another commensale instead took the rice mixture, and really was good, the right kitchen. there was also a little disadventure on rice, but the chef managed very well the situation (a little less the room) we also tasted the cappelletti with chicken broth, and. Perfect sunday lunch with the family in chef Rambaldi’s restaurant. We went à la carte because my sons wanted to taste the Risotto alla Rossini and that proved to be an inspired choice. Our Maiale Marengo melted in our mouth. Starters of Ravioli di Coniglio and Cappelletti al Ragu were delicious. We finished off the meal with Soufflé, cheese cake and panna cotta, all perfectly executed. Unpretentious interior and fully open kitchen. Friendly and professional staff. We will be back!

We were greeted with the aperitif of the house and then we ordered from a set menu and also á la carte, a dinner that included focaccia and salame of the house, antipasti misti piemontesi, green gnocchi with truffle for me, a meat dish with mashed potatoes for my husband and two delicious desserts: one panna cotta al caffè and a flowery, creamy and crunchy creation of the chef which I definitely recommend. With the meal we drank a wonderful franciacorta wine. As expected selecting the wine was difficult given the choice but we got good advice. The restaurant itself is elegant with a touch...
