"Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my complaint about the Bistro Breiten restaurant, where I was a guest recently. I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had there. In particular, I would like to point out the behavior of the waiter, who was extremely rude during my visit and ignored my concerns. At the start of my visit I asked for the table to be cleaned as it was obviously dirty. Unfortunately, the waiter ignored my request several times and instead just looked at me disparagingly. It was extremely uncomfortable to have to sit at a dirty table. Finally the waiter threw the cleaning cloth on the table and motioned for me to clean it myself. Only after repeated requests did he finally clean the table. Furthermore, my friends and I were disappointed when we asked for additional sauce for our dishes. The waiter informed us that we would have to pay an additional fee for this. This type of pricing and lack of customer convenience was extremely frustrating. As for the food, it was just average. The sauce that was served with my dish was far too thin and lacked any consistency. This significantly reduced the enjoyment of the dish. Additionally, the potatoes served as a side dish were unnaturally hard and difficult to chew. Overall, my visit to your restaurant was disappointing. The waiter's rude attitude, neglect of cleanliness, inadequate customer service and deficiencies in food preparation significantly marred my experience. I would have liked a more pleasant and higher quality experience. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to avoid such incidents in the future."

I'm sorry, but if there is no mention of vegan on the menu, I don't have a full confidence in their know-how. and asking for your options is not so great. I haven't tried eating yet.

I can really recommend the mezze plate, for 18 u get a good colorful plate with various starters such as hummus, grilled aubergine, green bean salate, couscous, some roasted paprika paste with fresh nuts in it. Ver carta

The friendly staff serves delicious dishes in the cute little garden restaurant. Whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan, there is something for everyone and the cuisine is very authentic. The prices are quite fair. The mezze plate is an absolute must! I recommend it 10/10!

Sympathisch und lecker! Besonders die Falafel und Dürüm sind lecker. Bei den Pizzas wird wie so oft kein Mozzarella verwendet, so sind die Pizzas gummig und ziehen Fäden. Sehr freundliche und authentische Bedienung. Das Lokal hat eine grosse Auswahl und mehrere Tische drinnen und draussen. Die Preise sind gut.
