One of my favorite restaurants for quality, courtesy and professionalism. Claudio has been able to involve us with his passion and preparation, while his skill in the kitchen haunted us. The chef would also be good if the owner's hood had bought him decent products. Instead, he buys him some **** just disgusting for a restaurant; like, buy the same stuff he buys from there, for the pizzeria next to him and for that other downstairs (the ancient fountain). What do I think? Supposing I'm not a newbie to eat out and restaurants, the chef, it's good; raw material, stuff, it's just disgusting.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant, where staff welcomes guests with great savoir faire and then serve food inmangy at prices from gourmets. Although we discovered that the dishes were insipid and clearly heated to the microwave the staff and the property with big toast face, clearly did nothing. avoid this place or you will regret it, 87 euros for 4 first pessimis, a bottle of water, two coke cola and 0,375 of worm forado at the rate, out of temperature. we had dinner there on 24/8/2017.

You can enjoy high quality dishes based on fresh fish coming directly from the fishermen of Castiglione della Pescaia and cooked with passion and skill by the chef Claudio... All the courses of our lunch were plentiful and placed on the dish impeccablely, excellent risotto carnaroli with vellutata of peas and shrimp tartars, exquisite spaghetti with sea ragù and excellent steak of yellow fins tuna, to finish an exceptional frying, abundant and light... Thanks again for the wonderful lunch that made us taste, thanks to the chef Claudio, in Sonia and France...
