"Locale non molto grande, ma parecchio affollato, forse troppo. Numero dei tavoli probabilmente oltre limite capienza. Posti anche all'aperto, ma con la pioggia si riducono notevolmente. Meglio prenotare. Peccato che tra il nostro arrivo e l'ordine siano passati 30 minuti (dico, almeno l'acqua.. Il menù è vasto e con ottima possibilità di scelta tra fritti, pizze fritte, pizze classiche, farcite, focaccia (base pizza con condimenti in uscita), calzoni, pizze speciali (che altri locali chiamerebbero gourmet). Buona la varietà di birre. Pizza e focaccia davvero ottime. Servizio, malgrado l'attesa iniziale, valido e preciso. È anche vero però che siamo stati accolti all'ingresso da una signora con atteggiamenti inspiegabilmente ostili, suppongo sia lei a dirigere il locale."

"I have eaten at Olmo several times over the years but this is the first time I have reviewed it. Why? Because once again, when I ate here last night, it was an outstanding dining experience. Fine gastro science plates is not the game here. Fantastic local produce such as the tanglier misto with no less than 6 types of local meat and salami, as well as the Valtalinese speciality of sciat (local cheese, battered and fried) was a big serve and all delicious. We were even provided with a little sample of the in house cured Bresaola (dried beef fillet typical of the region) which was treated with blueberries the owner has another business growing blueberries in the area and they feature throughout the menu. For me the star of the night was the Pasta Malfato (English translation badly made pasta). This has to have been one of the best plates of pasta I have eaten in Italy. Rare alpine Bitto cheese and smokey, spiced speck are the simple adjuncts to a wonderful homemade pasta. Friendly service, good local wine by the DiRupi boys, and a little nip of Braulio to finish what's not to like? All of our group agreed that it was a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back!"

"Posto bello ma non per turisti e chi ha il cane. Con il ristorante completamente vuoto ci è stato detto che non riuscivano a gestire i tavoli (1 coppia stava mangiando e un altro tavolo era apparecchiato). Inoltre nonostante il nome ristoro non è stato possibile bere neanche un veloce caffè a banco. Sarà perchè abbiamo un cane? Mah.. Nice place but not for tourists and dog owners. With the restaurant completely empty we were told that they could not manage the tables (1 couple was eating and another table was set). Furthermore, despite the name ristoro it was not possible to drink even a quick coffee at the counter. Could it be because we have a dog?"

"Nulla da dire sul cibo: porzioni abbondanti e piatti di qualità con proposte fuori menù in base al pesce fresco a disposizione dello chef.Lo staff è disorganizzato al punto che uno dei camerieri non era a conoscenza che dei piatti non fossero disponibili quella sera, infatti ci ha garantito che oltre ai piatti del giorno, potevamo tranquillamente ordinare tutto quello che era presente sul menù.Un'altra pecca del servizio è che una volta finito di mangiare il primo, siamo stati completamente ignorati dai camerieri che non ci hanno chiesto se volessimo altro, nemmeno un caffè... comportamento ridicolo dato che andrebbe a loro vantaggio vendere piatti in più.La qualità del cibo comunque mi spinge a valutare di tornarci sperando in un miglioramento."
