Block House - Carta

So many problems with reservations. They prefer locals instead of tourists. We were 4 people and we eat 2 every time in separate tables!

Nice salad. Good steak and vegetables. Attentive server and a bit of slow service as the restaurant was busy. Delicious strawberry dessert.

We stopped here for lunch and when I asked for a rare steak they kindly obliged - lovely location and we were fortunate to have a table outside - the staff were friendly and all spoke excellent English Ver carta

We ate at the Block House on a busy Monday evening. The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. Great steaks, good wine and tasty strawberries to finish. All in all, a memorable meal in very pleasant surroundings.

The Block House at Kropcke, is very popular, but is isn't that brilliant - if you are at an exhibition then its OK to entertain customers.Personally I would not kill yourself to go there.Its very average - its busy as well - best thing I can say is that it is OK

We ate here twice while staying in Hannover. Excellent food, but you may have to wait for a table and there's no inside place to wait. As long as the weather's nice, there's an area outside to sit. The service is fast, but not a friendly bunch of waiters/waitresses. However, I'd still go back. Ver carta

It was a great evening. Although the city was plentiful and many flooded into the blockhouse, the receptionist stayed deep relaxed and voted for the waiting period. After 10 minutes it was ready. Delicious garlic bread and then megaleckeres (bored from point 350gr. Rib Eye Mastercut. There was also salad for decoration. The shop will see us again:

Arrived without reservation around 6PM and steated easily. Serving was fast. Waitress was plenty helpful. I have tried sirloin steak, starting was delicious, I thought this was it, but after was an heartbreaker. Some parts of the meat was uneatable. On the other handBe restaurant is fine. Nothing much special, if you want to upgrade from junk food here might be a good option for sure.

Came here as part of a group of 8 after an exhibition and the restaurant was very busy. At this time you are unable to make bookings you just wait for a table. We all managed to squeeze into the restaurant to wait standing anywhere we could find and had a drink. The restaurant was extremely busy and we were definitely in the way of the staff but they were always very polite and patient and continued to work around us. This is a credit to all the team at the block.The meals were delicious we all chose a steak meal, this came with a starter salad and the steak was served with a baked potato with sour cream and bread. All steaks were perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back next time in Han... Ver carta
