It was okay.Service was nice but food not so great, not as bad as some reviews make it look though. We might give it a second chance soon :

beautiful tasty eating beautiful portion sizes and friendly staff. Aromen and seasoned are perfect the best Thai place in tameside, which I was also.

I terrible food .yredcurry was watery and full of sugar really annoyed ..ordered via uber eats.. myfood was just water and sugar with vegetables how did this even happen

visit this restaurant for over years and still have a bad meal, always great service and helpful staff, eating is consistently good and my favorites are the reserve to start ripening and drunk escape with sticky rice for the net, but warn it its very hot.

we had a nice meal, the parts were big and food delicious, the personal was beautiful and kept a birthday cake cool for us and brought it with tellers and spoons.we took our own wein and got glasses. all the additional work of washing the plates and glasses have been appreciated. Thank you.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Blue Sapphire. We opted for the set meal for two, which included a delicious Thai mixed starter, Sea Bass with boiled rice and assorted dishes, and Honeycomb Ice Cream for dessert. The food, service, and overall experience were exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. P.S. You can bring your own wine.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past, but when I went in January, I felt that the quality of the food had decreased compared to my previous visits. I decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. The food was not as good as it used to be, and all four of us who dined together shared the same opinion, despite ordering different dishes. It is disappointing because we have been recommending this place to others for years.

Visited on 5/1/24. We have been to this restaurant many times over the years. After a break, we noticed a slight decline in the food and service quality, but on our recent visit, everything was back to its superb best. We ordered set menu A, and the mixed starter platter was excellent, especially the juicy chicken satay sticks. All three mains were delicious, with the Thai red curry being awesome and the beef in oyster sauce superb. I am puzzled by the one-star reviews and question their authenticity. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is definitely back to its best. It also offers great value for money and remember it is BYO alcohol.

food, service, atmosphere and price were all excellent! we had a mixed starter, crisp cracker, a prawn red thai curry, a beef thai red curry, sticky rice, spring onions, a chocolate brownie and chocolate orange earlyling rolls all for 50. everything was delicious! the thai curries were beautiful, fresh, fragrant and with a great kick. there were enough for two dish fillings, even to share the rice and noodles. the ananas and aubergine were a nice addition to the curries, they balanced the spicy of the curry very well. the appetizers consisted of vaulted toast, crispy spring rolls, garnish in flo pastries, Thai fish cake, crispy sommes, chickensatai and crushed cauliflower, served with 3 dipp...
