"Since it was an open kitchen we could see the chef putting spoons and utensils in his mouth, placing it in a container and than reusing it. I’m sure there was some liquid in it, hopefully with 90% alcohol, but it was not a nice thought that the items were put on a plate with utensils that had been in someone else mouth. Personally I even don’t reuse spoons that I used to taste dishes when cooking for the family, if I have to taste again or stir I will get a clean one, that has been washed in the dishwasher. Given that it often takes a certain amount of time and contact for disinfectant agents to work, I would highly recommend changing this custom Serving staff was friendly"

3 uur na t eten( gegrilde vis en huisgemaakt ijs ziek geworden; misselijk en overgeven!! Dit bij beide personen. Contact opgenomen met Blue Spoon….. zij hebben excuses aangeboden en als feedback gegeven dat andere gasten geen klachten hadden Wij zijn terleurgesteld.
