Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, giovane e molto simpatico. Cibo ottimo, i primi veramente gustosi nella rivisitazione della cucina torinese, da non perdere la carne cruda. Se cambiano le sedie 5 stelle

Come suggerisce il nome, il locale é abile nella cucina piemontese e le pietanze che propone sono molto buone e sazianti, nonostante non le porzioni non sembrino abbondanti. Con 25 euro, antipasto+primo, mi sono davvero goduto la cena Bravi

Locale semplice negli allestimenti dei tavoli e intimo. Piatti curati e presentati con creatività. Ricette tipiche piemontesi davvero ottime. Personale gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vigilia natalizia. Dimenticavo i vini: davvero di i vello superiore. Consigliato. Ver carta

Already from the name of the restaurant you can get that the cuisine will be typical piemontese ... and you won’t be disappointed! Food is freshly made, all local sourced ingredients to savour local dishes like battuta (raw meat), vitello tonnato, plin, tajarin and more with nice wine list. We enjoyed and definitely go back

One of the few places in the city I would avoid. The Gnocchi was bland accompanied with appropriate poor parmigiano cheese. The dessert was ordinary as from a factory and its glazing was definitely a bottled sweetener not uncommon in kitchens that do not make their own desserts but still. The table, the table cloth, the plate, the pricing, everything was disappointing.

Menu ricco e decisamente buono. Ottimi vini. Sono tornato venerdì scorso dopo un po' di tempo e la gestione è cambiata (a giudicare dalle persone che servono a tavola). Costante la qualità è la particolarità del menù, forse con porzioni un po' ridotte. Gentilezza e professionalità buone. Scelta di liquori e amato molto bassa, con apparente ignoranza sul tema. Purtroppo sono di parte perché il proprietario è un caro amico di mia moglie, ma sinceramente potremmo anche andare solo a salutare e scegliere un altro locale per mangiare...ma non finisce mai così. Si mangia veramente bene. Piemontese doc con carni di qualità senza compromessi. Vini ottimi e ambiente conviviale con classe. Non fatevi intimidire dal dehor un po' spartano causa Covid. È un ristorante a 360gradi come pochi. Dalla cena tra amici, alla coccola romantica con la fidanzata. Ho abitato in San salvario qualche anno. Sinceramente, come piemontese, è il top.

It’s been a while from the last time I’ve been in Turin. What a Rediscovery! Just walk over a little hidden corner of the city and you can sit with a very traditional chef’s table. The restaurateur, Jacopo, is a well prepared professional with positive attitudes. We started with several traditional starters, which were superb, and local wine (the only good choice). An upper level for our mains: “Caramelle Piemontesi al Burro di Cascina e Tartufo uncinato” was simply outstanding.
