Arrived at 17:00 on 29/12/23 everything is cold....... Poor food safety practices not a chance is this food been prepared recently it's only 17:15 all the chefs walk out when opening to go smoke terrible..... Waste of 50 quid

Raw chicken , Informed member of staff that didn’t even apologise or send anyone over to investigate. They didn’t even change the satay chicken Bain Marie to make sure no one else had the same experience. Place is freezing. Cold food

The restaurant was great when it first opened, but now the food is often cold and the chicken is sometimes undercooked. It's a shame because the food used to be excellent and the drinks are a bit overpriced. It might be worth investigating further. Ver carta

A delicious restaurant with a great atmosphere and a variety of dishes. However, perhaps because I went there when it opened, I was very disappointed as the curry and Chinese food were bland. The starter, teppanyaki, and dessert were delicious as always. 雰囲気も良く、料理の種類も豊富で美味しいお店です。 ただ、オープンと同時に行ったせいか、カレーも中華も薄味でとても残念でした。前菜も鉄板焼きもデザートもいつも通り美味しかったです。

The food was lukewarm at best, the ribs were terrible, the noodles were cold, and there was mystery meat in some dishes. The crispy duck turned out not to be duck at all. The desserts tasted like soap, with the mint one resembling toothpaste. Unfortunately, my husband suffered from a bad stomach all night. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The plates were cold, the food only warm that went cold half way through eating it , because of the cold air blowing down on it, ,the only thing I really enjoyed were the prawns they were hot delicious, so no we won’t be going back. So I hope the manager reads this and does something about it because apparently we’re not the only ones complaining of cold food Ver carta

Some of the hot food was warm and went cold quickly as cold air was blowing. Only hot plates were available for cold deserts, we asked for cold plates and one of the waitresses took two hot plates cold them in cold water and gave them to us wet. So we had desert on cold wet plates ! The staff we spoke to were polite and helpful and our plates were taken away regularly but we won’t be rushing back this place.

This restaurant is reminiscent of a cosmopolitan dining experience, but even better. It offers a wide range of different cuisines with plenty of options that you wouldn't typically find at a buffet. The Tikka chicken and Shish Kebab were both delicious. Desserts at all-you-can-eat buffets are usually disappointing, but these were actually great. There is a lot of variety and something for everyone on the menu. The quality of the staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back if I am in the area again.

Haven’t been for a while as last time the food was cold, long queues for food and over expensive drinks. Manager on front is rude to his staff and unwelcoming. This occasion, no different except this time, the whole family have been ill for nearly 2 weeks since coming here. If you fancy having ring sting and not sure which end it’s coming from visit here…. This place has taken a nose dive. It’s shame because Hanley lacks restaurants and this place is a real let down yet continue to overcharge? In fact have increased their prices. It’s really expensive. The food is cold, left to sit in the bain-marie for longer than it should, rice being one the foods that should be cooled correctly, is left... Ver carta
