"I 'm not someone who gets upset about little things when I go to a restaurant. If it takes a while or something else goes wrong, no problem, it just happens. In this case, however, it was a different story: While the order and drinks were relatively quick, there was a long wait for the food. When, after a good hour especially since we had children with us), we dared to ask the waitress how the food was, the nice lady immediately went into attack mode: The place was full half full would have been more accurate, as several tables were free), so we would just have to be patient, orders would be processed in the order they came in which was actually true, as the disillusionment was already palpably spreading at the neighboring tables). A wait of over an hour was perfectly acceptable, she thought. The next bitter disappointment came in the form of the food that finally arrived: Kaiserschmarrn and medallions were lukewarm at best, schnitzel only moderately tasty, fries only partially fried and raw inside. When our returned fries were replaced after another 20 minutes – albeit with a sincere apology from the male, much more dedicated waitress – no one had much of an appetite left. If we had been warned at the beginning that the food would take longer, perhaps combined with a small greeting from the liquor aisle or the candy section, everything apart from the condition of the food) would have been half as bad. However, unprofessional waitresses who argue with guests about reasonable waiting times have almost the opposite effect. Overall, our visit was, unfortunately, an experience we would have gladly avoided."

The food was very tasty and plentiful. We had a schnitzel with asparagus and cheese. It was incredibly delicious. The salad wasn't that great, but the schnitzel was a dream.

Friendly staff and delicious food. We had a really delicious haxe with sauerkraut, sauce and roast potatoes. For Dessert there was a super tasty and fluffy Kaiserschmarn with applemus. We're coming back!

Great place, very nice staff, good food as well as very good and consistent handling of the Corona rules! Tables are disinfected when a guest goes and you write the data of the guests to the bill. A follow-up in the case of cases is thus possible. Great!

We were in the Braustübl on Saturday night. Although the restaurant was well visited, we were quickly served. The food was the purest pale man. dishes were beautifully dressed. At our week-long stay in Bad Harzburg we were eating a few times at the host house Bräustüble. The food was super and absolutely sufficient. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely friendly and competent service. Compliance with the corona rules has also been exemplary. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend this restaurant with good conscience. We hope that the Bräustübl is well beyond these difficult times and firmly push both thumbs. The ambience of the restaurant is super original Bavarian and cozy. If you are reserved before you get a place, you must spontaneously have luck because the bride is well visited. To the appetizer there was the absolutely delicious Obaz'n with a fresh sprinkler.... totally good! Both the Bavarian carvings and the deer roasts and the Hax'n were a true poem! The bone could simply be pulled out of the flesh and the Brat was also buttery and very easy to split without knives. And whoever creates a dessert in the big portions will add.
