"Una serata in compagnia di una coppia di amici che ci ha fatto conoscere questo meraviglioso Ristorante, dove qualità delle materie prime sapientemente cucinate e la professionalità del servizio ne fanno un luogo dove si torna con piacere. Ottima la Carta dei Vini ed anche la competenza del personale che ti può consigliare la bottiglia giusta. Io ho cenato con cucina tipica piemontese dove tutto era davvero squisito: dall'ottimo vitello tonnato, al fritto misto piemontese fino alla bagna cauda. La mia compagna dal menù funghi ha scelto i Tajarin ai porcini che ha definito i migliori mai mangiati...bello quando ci si emoziona per un piatto cucinato ad arte. Torneremo per assaggiare i famosi bolliti, che abbiamo trascurato perchè davvero sazi. Grazie anche al titolare il sig. Piero Amarotto che è venuto al tavolo per illustrarci i piatti ed alla gentile e professionale Rossana, cameriera di sala."

"This place is a surprise at every turn, hidden away in an old building with fantastic art, glorious ceilings and flowing stairways. The restaurant experience lives up to the opening scene. Table service was excellent, we were told about how the meat was prepared, recommended wine and kindly explained the cheese board. Over all it surpasses expectations and is an experience that i will definately have again."

"Sono successo in questo posto. noi non avevamo prenotato e siamo stati un sabato sera le speranze erano poche, tuttavia, siamo stati accolti immediatamente e senza troppi problemi. il posto è carino, quasi intimo; i camerieri erano cortesi e celeri nel portarci le ordinazioni, che nel caso di specie erano due pizze bocconcino se non emetto il nome. la pizza era ben fatta, sia nel goto che nella consistenza, l'aroma significava che le avena erano fresche. Indi, posso dire che è promosso anche. alla luce di quanto si vede, quindi, consiglio vivamente questo posto."

"Dopo un'infruttuosa ricerca di un posto dove cenare sulle colline del Monferrato abbiamo ripiegato in città e in pieno centro abbiamo trovato posto per due in questo locale che in apparenza sembra molto datato, visto il nome, però mi sembra ora con una gestione molto moderna. Nel menu ci sono piatti tipici piemontesi che abbiamo apprezzato ed anche qualcosa di nuovo ma ugualmente molto interessante come ad esempio una tarte tatin di cipolle rosse che a prima vista può lasciare disorientati ma devo dire che è stata molto gustosa e ben realizzata, classici agnolotti al sugo di arrosto ed una chese cake strepitosa con la base fatta di mitici Kruniri Rossi di Casale (poteva essere differente una buona carta dei vini con ovviamente grandi protagonisti i rossi del Monferrato.Servizio in alcuni casi un pelino disinvolto più da pub che da antica locanda ma tutto sommato rapido e competente, peccato per il tavolino un po' piccolo. Location bellissima sia fuori dove siamo stati obbligati dalle disposizioni vigenti a cenare, sia dentro dove ora finalmente si può di nuovo mangiare. Prezzi allineati alla media del tipo di ristorante ed alla qualità dei cibi e dei vini"
